How long does it take to build a custom home with Strukt?

Most Strukt custom homes are delivered in 12–24 months, depending on scope, site conditions, and municipal permitting. Hillside and estate-scale builds typically run closer to 24 months; refined builds on flat, permitted lots can deliver in 12–16 months. We lock a phase-by-phase schedule in writing before breaking ground.

Does Strukt LLC use sustainable building materials?
