Week 0

Design lock

24 months of iteration with the client, architect, and landscape architect. Napa County use permit, grading permit, winery-parcel variance all pulled.

Week 1–10

Site + foundation

Hillside cut-and-fill, 3,800 yards [2,906 m³] of retaining walls, 220-yard [168 m³] foundation pour in a single day.

Week 11–26

Structural shell

Poured-concrete walls formed and poured floor-by-floor. Steel roof trusses craned into place week 24.

Week 27–32

Dry-in

Roof terracotta, window install, water-tight envelope. Current phase.

Week 33–58

Finish + systems

Limestone cladding, hand-troweled plaster, French oak floors, wine cellar build-out, MEP commissioning.

Week 59–74

Landscape + punch

Vineyard replanting, 90-ft [27.4 m] infinity pool, driveway, olive-grove entry, final inspections.
