Week 1–4

Site + foundation

Grading complete, utilities trenched, 62-yard [47 m³] slab-on-grade foundation poured over 6-inch [15 cm] engineered aggregate.

Week 5–16

Framing

Wall panels pre-assembled off-site, set in 9 working days. Roof trusses craned in week 11.

Week 17–32

Envelope + rough-in

Reclaimed siding, window install, MEP rough. Limewash stucco on guest wing.

Week 33–50

Finish out

Kitchen millwork, bath tile, reclaimed-beam ceilings, custom ironmongery, terrazzo floors.

Week 51–58

Landscape + punch

Native meadow restoration, orchard planting, hardscape, certificate of occupancy.
